Over the pandemic Crossroads stepped up their care and continued to provide support to local carers regardless of the COVID-19 pandemic. They also temporarily looked after Government's Home Care services to free up their staff to work on the front line and went above and beyond to make sure their clients were given the care they needed. Staff moved from their usual roles to areas that needed more support, and every single member of staff went the extra mile to make sure Crossroads could continue providing much needed respite.
